"Everything was great, from check in to check out. We really enjoyed the cozy and quiet room and the neighborhood. Pedro was very flexible with the check in time and we appreciated it a lot. The room was clean, as well as the toilet, and we were impressed by the coffee machine found in the room: a very nice touch that made us feel at home! "3 min walk to Staten Island ferry. Breakfast provided was minimal and dissappointing. No juices. Basically bread butter, 1 bananna, 2 tangerenes and 2 soft apples. Towels were like sandpaper. Place was clean. Host always available and helpful."
