"We arrived at midnight and found the hotel in a semi derilict state...the reception was obvoously under refurbishment and there were no staff members available to book in...we had to book into the nearby premier in at 1.30am to get a bed for the night after a 7 hour journey from lanzarote....we request a refund,."

"Beautifully decorated comfortable chic home and the sofa bed is full size double & comfy. Only downside is it’s not that practical if you plan to cook all your meals in the flat. No cupboard space for groceries, kitchen pots etc are in the bedroom, couldn’t find a frying pan. Was easier to eat out or get takeaways. Bathroom is of high standard but tight on space with no where to put a wash bag or makeup bag or even a toothbrush. Also I would suggest owner puts a proper door on the side room...
