"We enjoyed staying along the walkway in town. The apartment was cozy. Beds and bedding were very nice and comfortable. Had lots of tiny bugs On the kitchen counter. The bathroom walls need to be cleaned. Overall we enjoyed our time there and would stay again. "

"Very unique location for a home to rent. Almost all others in the area is hotels. On the boardwalk and walkable to a lot of restaurants and bars. Keyless entry, that manually locks. Furniture was not clean. Shower burning hot, but there is an outdoor shower. "

"Great communication with the owners. The property is much nicer and larger than it appears in the photos. The pool is also much nicer than it appears in the photos. The location is very central and I would highly recommend. We stayed here towards the end of a two week trip to Belize and it was nice to have a full kitchen to cook some meals after eating out so often"

"The design of the studio is quite unique and it took some time to adjust and appreciate the architectural uniqueness of the design. It makes one feel as if they may be in a submarine under the ocean and has a beautiful view of the lagoon. The shower was a great size, with plenty of hot water, but the window was also in need of repair. The picture in the advertisement of the view is actual. The bed was surprisingly comfortable. Miriam, the hostess, was very attentive. The poolside was lovely....

"We’ve been to Placencia several times, but our first stay here. Loved it! Candace’s advice and arrangements, for guides, restaurants, even a massage, were dead on. The location is within easy walking distance of all we could have wanted. And guides picked us up on the beach in front of the property! We thought this might be our last visit here, but reconsidering now. "

"Gary and Tina have really found a piece of paradise and built it up into a lovely little resort. It is in the middle of the real Belize. Closer to nature than The other locations that I stayed. There were dolphins visible from the dock. The beautiful reef, teeming with fish was a short paddle away. The Belizean cook made creative dinners nightly. Fresh catch of the day was delivered by a local fishermen to the dock. The number and variety of birds was amazing! I’ll be back! "

"The location of the apartment was excellent. Right off the Placencia sidewalk, within walking distance to all the bars, restaurants, and the sea. Note that the photo of the palm tree and sea looking out the sliding glass door is FAKE. There is NO sea view from any of the apartments in this complex. The view out of the sliding glass door is a house maybe 20 feet away. It was a big disappointment since we expected a sea view. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay at this apartment."
