"This property was amazing. The staff were especially nice and attentive. The property was a little dimly lit in the evening and the bathrooms extremely dark. Both restaurants offered exceptional food. We arrived for the opening week of the season and it did seem like they could not handle the reservations for dinner. We chose room service for our final night and it did not disappoint. A special thank you to June for looking out for us. Amazing service!"

"Lovely family run small hotel, so nice & quiet & not touristy. very friendly staff, convenient car rental, well sited for exploring the western half of the island. Don't know why it's only rated 3 star, should be rated 4 star, we had a very enjoyable stay & holiday."

"Fantastic location for young families that want to relax by the pool / pebbled beach. Lots of parking, good restaurant on site, and really friendly staff who arranged a baby cot and chair well before we checked in! Only thing is the rooms have a slightly dated decor. Very small tvs and old style coffee filter. Might benefit from a small upgrade to nespresso and slightly better entertainment system. But these are minor issues. If you have an ocean view suite, you can spend lots of happy hours on the balcony enjoying a book. Chania old town is also very close ."
