"Our stay was spectacular!! I can't recommend this hotel enough. The rooms were amazing and we even had an oversized plunge pool. The location is unbelievable - mountains surround you. The staff went above and beyond (e.g., they met us at our car with umbrellas as it was raining out, noticed on my passport it was my birthday so prepared a free cake for me, etc.). "Fantastic location for young families that want to relax by the pool / pebbled beach. Lots of parking, good restaurant on site, and really friendly staff who arranged a baby cot and chair well before we checked in! Only thing is the rooms have a slightly dated decor. "I had torn my achilles tendon just before my stay here so accessibility was an issue to some degree. No rooms had ramps or had ground floor accessibility. Other than that, the staff were great, breakfast was fantastic. Lunch was meh, dinner was really nice at the stone restaurant. My family had rented a car so we were a short 20 min drive into old town Chania which was gorgeous. "
