"We loved this place. Even better in person than the pictures. Gorgeous setting on Ocean Point in a quiet neighborhood. Very nicely appointed, it meets all your needs and when the thermostat acted up the property manager was quick to respond and provide space heaters until hvac could come the next morning. We highly recommend and will stay here again. "

"This was the first trip to Maine for most of this group, and it’s safe to say we’re all in love. Being on the water was wonderful, and we enjoyed the amazing views as well as the hikes and adventures on the rocks during low tide. The pictures of the house don’t do the woodwork justice, and the grill made mealtimes easy. My only flag - the upstairs bathroom only had a tub and no shower, and with a number of girls in the group with long hair, it required some scheduling of shower time. We...

"The shared driveway was a challenge and the hike from the driveway to the house had was also a challenge. Additionally the window in one of the bathrooms did not work, the dishwasher was not secured and tilted when you put dishes in, one of the commodes ran constantly unless you jiggle. The kitchen garbage can is broken."

"Our party of 8 enjoyed our stay. The house is well equipped and stocked to get you started. Conveniently located to town and the Botanical Gardens. Plenty of outside space for kids to run around and play. It has a beautiful view of the cove but is very rocky. This didn't stop us from hunting hermit crabs and catching fish. The house is old but that gives it the Maine charm. "

"Enough beds and bathrooms for our group. Surprised that sheets were provided at the end of the beds but we had to make the beds. Fire pit was a nice feature that everyone enjoyed. The house is a bit run down - in need of some paint, the windows were dirty, and the upholstery on livingroom furniture was grungy. A few small improvements would go a long way."

"We loved our stay! Dog friendly is not always easy to find and this place was amazing for our pup. Kitchen is perfectly equipped to cook breakfast and dinner. Spotless and recently updated. Tasty bakery/coffee (Farm 23) across the street. Landtrust surrounding the property for running and walking trails. Location is walkable or <5 min drive to shops and restaurants downtown. You won’t be disappointed. "

"Do you want space and togetherness? This is it! I won’t give the numbers here, but Quinn tells me we set a record. We were looking for a place where the whole extended family from all across the country could stay together, and we picked right. Space and acoustics were great for multiple conversations, game playing, puzzle making, nap taking, and cooking, all happening at the same time. And, we never felt crowded even when more cousins came to visit. (At one point there were 11 cars parked...

"The cottage was clean and cute. The location was convenient to town but not special. Our only misgiving was difficulty with the entry codes and lock box although the support team remained dedicated to troubleshooting and we ultimately prevailed.
