"There's a bit of false advertising with this place. There are actually 2 hotel/apartments and one is nicer than the other. They should be listed separately. I do not recommend the rooms that say "Portillo" because those are actually a different building, about a 9 minute walk away from the main one --> not fun with suitcases. The rooms at the Portillo place are poor, with the lowest quality of furniture, linens, and decoration. If you have allergies, this place is not good, they use a strong...

"The staff are very helpful and understanding we had issues with luggage’s misplaced by Iberia airlines and we ask them to have the luggage’s delivered to the hotel if found it was our temporary address.
