"This was our third rental in Old Town, and the nicest. Very comfortable furniture and bed. Large space, clean, high end kitchen appliances. Like new although David completed the renovation 9 years ago. To note, there is a mini split in the upstairs bedroom which kept it very comfortable; the downstairs has an oil filled radiator that for us wasn’t enough during chilly, cloudy winter days. Also, since we were there the city has blocked vehicle access to the Old Town so to get a taxi is a 3 block...

"The beauty of the setting and the property itself is stunning. The owners have worked to provide a gorgeous setting with a lot of room and a stand-out decor. The beds are very comfortable, the kitchen is well-appointed and the views are simply gorgeous. The owner greeted us personally and made sure that we knew just where we were going and where we could obtain provisions and go out to eat. That was a very nice feature. "Villa well appointed, and well kitted out. however although it said it was air conditioned, this did not apply to the two twin bedrooms and after 2 nights of very little sleep, 3 of the party of 7 had to move to sleep in the lounge/dinning room as far to hot to sleep without air con. Also the surrounding properties had guard dogs that barked continuosly from about 22:00 until 6 am everynight, so sleep was very limited. Which is a shame as rules of the house states no excessive noise after 10pm,...

"Sedastian and his wife looked after us so well. Nothing was too much trouble for them. The villa is so well located we were able to travel all over the Malaga region. "The resort is huge and very pleasant. We went in Jan so it was quiet. The beach is a 5 min walk away via a tunnel. There was a small supermarket opposite our apartment so that was handy. The pool is heated and a few mins walk away from our set of apartments and there is ample parking. The staff were extremely helpful and welcoming. Very kind! "Rather disappointing that there was no way to grab a bite and a drink in the hotel. We tried to go to the Irish Pub, which we thought was part of the hotel. But after having to go outside of the hotel (in the rain) and up an outside (uncovered) stairway (no elevator or even a ramp) we discovered they were already closed (maybe between 7 and 8:00)! However, if our room was any closer to the water, we would have gotten wet🤗. And the staff was delightful, especially Mercedes😘"
