"Location was great and the cottage is well equipped. We really enjoy cooking so the kitchen was very well equipped. The outdoor deck was where we ate most our meals t9 enjoy the lovely weather. We would definitely stay here again! Pat was a great communicating with us and was an awesome host! "

"This place is fantastic! The views are everything - plus the space is large and the hosts are so helpful. It's clean, with a well-stocked kitchen. There's pretty much everything you could need for your visit - including beach chairs & other equipment. Relax on the deck, lounge on the big indoor couch, walk to downtown & the beach. If you want to stay in San Clemente, you'll be happy with this place. A great value."

"The property was clean, there was extra material in the restroom for use. The owner was great at getting us extra toilet paper when we asked. There was complimentary cookies and drinks which was nice. The room on the left did get very hot but the room on the right was good. "

"We had a lovely stay the view was nice and hearing the ocean waves at night were very calming. The home is Vintage but it’s very homey. One of the beds is very hard and the other is soft. If all else fails the couches are loungers and very comfy to sleep in plus you can hear the ocean. We stayed 2 days so we had everything we needed clean towels and bedding extra pillows and a fridge and microwave. Though I would was the dishes before you use them , your supposed to wash them yourself after...

"The property was very clean and in a great location. The only concerns I had were: 1. No AC or cross ventilation. Fans just moved the warm air. 2. No desk in unit. This was business trip & it was difficult to use computer without desk."

"The unit was perfect for our needs, we have 3 kids and they loved the bunkbed room and there was a pack and play for my youngest. The backyard was really nice. We appreciated having a spot to park in the driveway since we were coming in and out a lot. The upstairs unit was a little loud at times but it was manageable. We loved being able to walk to the restaurants in Dana Point. Overall a great stay."
