The Owner was friendly and helpful. Car is essential but there are restaurants in 10min radius. Other places are easily reachable in 60min drive to explore. (For Florence we recommend train from Altopascio) The only slightly negative point was the electricy&gas bill at the end. Make sure you have enough cash left."
