"Great house with plenty of room for your family. Quiet neighborhood, close to the airport and the water. Right next to the bridge to go to Gulf Breeze and Pensacola Beach. Great restaurants close by. Property manager very friendly and easy to get a hold of! I would definitely recommend this house to rent and I will stay here again the next time I am in town"

"House was roomy, clean and ideal for us and our small dogs. Coffee Bar was a bonus for me. We did not cook but all you would need was there. The grands enjoyed the playground that was really close. A sweet letter n gift was waiting on us when we arrived. We would definitely stay again. "

"We really enjoyed our stay here. It’s cute and cozy. Plenty of kitchen utensils to make meals. Friendly neighborhood. Close enough to the beach. If any feedback I’d say better quality bath towels and the entry door takes a few seconds to unlock and lock. We would definitely stay here again. "

"The house was perfect for our family vacation. The amenities were just what we needed, the layout of the house was amazing and there was plenty of space for us to all spread out. My only recommendation would be a solar cover since the pool isn't heated, just to keep some of the warmth in.
