"Das Haus liegt in einer Schlucht am Ende des Dorfes. Wer die Abgeschiedenheit liebt, ist in dieser Lage gut aufgehoben. Allerdings müssen an der Ausstattung des Hauses dringend Erneuerungen vorgenommen werden. Sehr alte Möbel und die Räume sind ausgesprochen finster. Besonders die Küche und das Bad Bedarf einer Überholung. In der Küche findet man nur alte, minderwertige Dinge. Weder Wasserkocher noch Toaster ist vorhanden. Aufgrund der Lage am Bach und Waldrand ist man den Insekten ausgesetzt."

The rooms are extremely modern and well kept. Maximillian, the proprietor, personally made our breakfast each morning; which included a variety of local cheeses, meats, his own olives, preserverves, bread, and wonderful espresso offerings. "The property is a storybook-like treasure. It is rich in ambience and character. The house is warm and cozy. The property in location is ideal and situated next to a waterfall and a creek. It is peaceful and pleasant and building fires in the fireplace it was a delight. The owner, Maurizio and his property manager on site were truly delightful. They were helpful in every way. If you are looking for a non-touristy way to spend time in the Tuscan Hills, this is the vacation for you. Our stay here...

"Ho soggiornato per 3 notti in questa splendida casetta immersa nel verde, accanto alla quale scorre un torrente, le cui acque in passato azionavano il mulino le cui vestige sono ancora visibili nella casa. Attrezzata di tutto compreso il Wi-Fi, anche perché il telefono prende con difficoltà. Accesso in auto in forte discesa ed angusto, non consigliato ad autisti con poca esperienza. Dista da Vicchio circa 6 km (10’ in auto). È indispensabile avere l’auto."
