"A beautiful and tranquil b&b. The hosts were so helpful and friendly. It is very hard to get to by public transport if you are hoping to explore lake como but we were picked up from the station and lent bicycles for our stay which was so helpful and made a really nice addition to our holiday (we definitely felt silly for not researching the transport enough before). We will definitely come back! "

"My son and I, spent 3 nights, Marco was a great host. Rooms cleaned every day. A bit noisy at night from traffic, but calms as evening goes on, wasn’t an issue for us. Would highly recommend."

"We booked a room for one night and was a night that I will try to forget. The room heating wasn't working, the AC did not worked on heating . We had to sleep 3 people in one bad to get warmed since the temperature in the room was around 16 C. Maybe in the summer when is warm outside the location will be good but in January stay away from it."

"Lovely last minute find for us. The hostess was kind, letting us drop our bags early. The room, Don Pasquale, is small for two, but manageable. It's a subdivided condo arrangement. Snacks and beverages in common area and bedroom. "

"The ambience of the property and grounds was beautiful. We were just disappointed with the breakfast. It didn’t feel like a luxury experience for the price of the stay. There was no fresh bread or croissants and the choice was otherwise quite limited. I requested a gluten free breakfast but was offered rice cakes and gluten free cup cakes whereas hotels normally provide gluten free bread or rolls for breakfast. The coffee was cold and we would have expected fresh coffee or a cappuccino to be...

"Beautiful B&B, we had amazing time there! Historic building is well located, right in the old town. You can walk anywhere, great area. Rooms are very big with super high ceilings. Bathroom is also roomy, very nicely decorated. We found the whole building very quiet and relaxing. Breakfast is in a beutiful room, you get everything you need in the morning. Monteo (owner) is very helpful and caring. I travelled with my 2 children from US, and he made our stay very comfortable."

"In a good location. About a 20 minute walk from the train station and bus station. Check in was a little strange with no one to great us and had we not had the kindest of a stranger and their Internet, we would have been unable to download the message from the app with the owners number on it to gain access to the property. We saw noone for the whole of our stay. Room was OK. Downside is none of the plug holes had plugs. "

"It's a quaint hotel in the old city very conveniently located. The staff was very friendly., the breakfast was terrific, but the room was rather plain. "
