"Lovely property. Well within walking distance of where we needed to go. Conveinient for parking. Clean and comfortable. Marked down as parking isnt private as implied on letting site and hot tub was advertised at time of booking and for the year. When mentioned to owner was removed immediately. Thanks for a freat stay. Looking forward to booking again 😀"

"We had a great stay at Matt’s property. The location was great and the barn was clean and well equipped. The welcome goodies were very much appreciated. The beds were comfortable and we enjoyed ourselves a lot. If we were in the area again we would happily stay at the barn again."

"Excellent facilities, very clean and great to have off road parking. The stairs are steep and a bit of a challenge. Perhaps there should be a warning included in the house description. The motion sensitive light at the top of the stairs was very necessary. It would also be helpful to have a guide specific to the house, and not just a generic guide. We missed having a recycling bin."

"Fantastic location next to the canal enjoyed watching boats going past. Nice walks around and other places nearby. Only thing wrong with the discrimination of the property is it says it has a hot tub but it has a bath inside the house and no hot tub outside. We still enjoyed our visit "

"An absolute beautiful property perfect for a family get together. The property is very well presented and cleanliness is second to none. Its a very well equipped property with everthing you could ever need. The games room was superb and all the family enjoyed. The layout of the property is perfect and there are lots of seating areas if you are looking to relax. Checkin process was super simple and the host is always on hand if required. We had an amazing stay and would 100% stay here again."

"Waw what an utterly amazing house, the beds were sooo comfortable we all slept like logs and the house is amazingly clean and spacious and there is everything you need for your stay. The garden is amazing and a space to put your dogs in if you wanted too! We took our dogs with us everywhere as they are small. "An area of the bedroom carpet was very wet and we had to stand on it when accessing the wardrobe and when passing through the door. This was especially unpleasant during the night. The carpet showed no signs of drying out so the possible cause was a drainage leak from the adjacent shower room. The communal rubbish bins, located in the car park directly below the flats were overflowing with bagged and unbagged household rubbish dumped in many areas. It was likely that vermin would be attracted...
