"I have stayed at the Doubletree Moda a number of times over the past 5 years. This time, for the first time, I have been disappointed. I know the economy is rubbish however at a Doubletree I expect the service to be consistent. A few things: 1. Dragging a broken suitcase up the driveway and the valet was chatting to someone and did not assist. 2. Lunch in your bar/restaurant. Ordered and waited over 30 minutes for meal while people around us were served, ate and in fact left while we were still...
