The breakfast each morning was incredible and truly worth every penny — fresh, delicious, and full of variety. And the spa… it was out of this world! So peaceful, luxurious, and the perfect way to unwind. Everything about our stay exceeded our expectations — from the atmosphere to the service to the small thoughtful touches everywhere. It’s rare to find a place that feels so special, but this one really does. We’re already looking forward to coming back!"

"I've stayed at this location 3 times now during my trips to Japan for work and everytime it's been great! I love the Ikebukuro area and Sunshine City mall. The staff was the same in 2024 as it was 1 year later and they even remembered me from the year prior. They were all so nice and very welcoming. The smoking section is nice and comfortable and has a covered section for during rain. The rooms are nice and big. It's also nice that there are 2 conbinis right downstairs. But the food options nearby are also very good. 10/10 on all 3 of my stays here. "
