"I chose this ryokan since it was the only reasonably priced one in the Nara area. It has a beautiful garden just outside our room and the room itself was comfortable and large. The only downside to the place was the strong smell in the room and the cockroach that I had to kill as it crawled across the room."

"Delicious and Beautiful dinners here. A bit of a walk from the train station. They serve you breakfast and dinner at the hotel. It is so much food you should skip lunch in the middle of the day. They also offer soup 9:30-1030. I have not tried it because I start dinners late they keep me full. The place has a very nife onsen which includes an indoor bath and an outdoor bath. "Hotel is unmanned with no lobby attendant. Everything is done virtually through a video concierge in the lobby. When giving the room code it wasnt the safest as they put it on the screen and others can see your detailed information on at check in if you dont block the screen from others. Overall very spacious layout with tons of room for Tokyo and it was clean. About 10 mins walk to Dotonbori or the subway. Heating/AC unit is a bit hard to get setup properly but once its set its good."
