Understanding that it’s a conference center we were caught off guard with all the kids in every corner of the facility. Breakfast was an absolute zoo with kids pushing everywhere and long lines for food. Too bad. It’s a nice hotel. The check in staff were helpful in finding us a needed handicap king room. "
