"Have staye s here with the family for another week to give the stay experience another chance from our previous stay here and staff here welcomed us back with warmth and completly superceded our expectations. We felt like they took our last review to heart and went out of their way to make us feel genuinely welcomed! Great family atmosphere and location! The staff actually cates about your concerns and will tend to them. ♡"

"My experience at this hotel was decent. Likes: Staff was courteous, Maintenance happened to fix the cable (so more tv channels were made available), space was quiet. Dislikes: Breakfast could have more options, the room could be detailed/ more deeply cleaned, but it was acceptable. "

"Have stayed here multiple times for Notre Dame related events. Super convenience. Very quiet. Plenty of free parking. Check-in seemed like it was with a maintenance supervisor, but whatever, he checked us in. Room is big and basically clean. We went next door to the Holiday Inn Express for buffet breakfast (but I think this next door buffet is no longer available). Candlewood is great for its convenience and location. No frills but I don't care. It serves our needs. Would definitely recommend."

"We had a nice stay. There was water damage on the ceiling of our bathroom and the sprinkler in our room was completely rusted. Not sure if it would have worked in an emergency. Food all over floors in hallways when we checked in. It was still there the next day, even with people cleaning rooms and hallways. Pool is average. Could use a new pool liner. Comfortable beds and good location. "
