Once stepping inside my family and I were blown away by how clean, spacious and well decorated it was. It was so cozy and comfortable. The kitchen offered everything you may need. This house worked well with plenty of bedrooms for adult children couples with ensuite bathrooms. "We had our 20th annual Friendsgiving here. The place is amazing! I think the group consensus is we plan to book this place each year for our celebration. Hosts were very helpful and quick. View was great. Tons of rooom but I think we just stayed in the kitchen and hot tub. Thanks again! Great place for large groups. "

"This place worked out perfectly for me. It was perfect for having a few guests over and enjoying football with friends. It's a quiet neighborhood, the house has plenty of options as far as cooking. You can grill out or cook anything on the stove or oven. I may rent this one again. "

"Our family stayed in the Amazing Cosmos Retreat for our daughter’s wedding weekend at the Bolingbrook Golf Club The accommodations were perfect and as described on the VRBO listing. There was room for everyone and we enjoyed the outdoor space"

"Parking not great unless you have a smaller car. It is almost impossible to find a parking spot on weekends or after people get home from work. Bring toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, and containers for anything you might cook. Living room was much smaller than pictured. The other two bedrooms are so small and the sun will wake you up. The blinds are not helpful. Also there are no screens on the window, with the bed right up against the window. A safety concern with kids. Also tripping...

"This home was perfect for my family during spring break!"

"It’s super close to downtown Yorkville!! So in the months with better weather it would be perfect to stay and walk to the few restaurants downtown and little shops and the river area. We arrived a little early and the host let us in and was able to change the codes around so we could check in as it was cold out! So super accommodating helpful!! Also the garage is a bonus but anything larger than a mid range suv is not going to fit as parking is tight! The only issue we had was the neighbors were...
