"We booked this and then at 4:40pm the day of our reservation the VRBO sent us an email saying that it was canceled. It was lucky that I didn't see the email and went anyway and met the owner who had openings. It ended up being cheaper than listed and the problem is this is a new owner who didn't set up the listing. He has tried many times to shut down this listing but VRBO won't let him.
