"Great little cosy cottage in a good location. Real log fire in lounge but also has central heating. Stairs are bit on the steep side but then you get that in cottages of this age . Walks just outside your door ( as well last chickens!) Everything you need for a nice stay . Would recommend to anyone wanting a peaceful stay. "

"The property is set in wonderful grounds and is well furnished. We had everything we needed for a 4 day stay. The fire in the lounge was a lovely focal point throughout the time we were there and we would love to return in summer when we could use the pool. Unfortunately Vrbo’s computer system did not appear to communicate with the property agent’s which led to various problems, including the property manager not knowing that we had paid the deposit. A phone call with the property agent easily...

"We had a ladies friends weekend away in early Nov. Beautiful cottage with everything you need. Log burner was fab and ability to have extra check out time for a small fee was worth it. Having the added bonus of the spa pass made the weekend extra special. The owners are particularly excellent and quick to respond with any of our questions. All good - highly recommended. "We had a sunny week in this lovely quiet place, visiting villages and towns in the area. We loved the numerous walks in the area too, and found the local map and local walks books very useful. We had delicious meals at nearby pubs as well as using the barbeque at the property. The property was very comfortable and well equipped. We were sad to leave when our week was up."

Our host, Emily, was very helpful with info about travelling to and from the town and responded to enquiries quickly. Winchcombe is a great place from which to hike and there was lots of info in the cottage about local trails. "

"Cottage is ideally placed for exploring the Cotswolds, in a very quiet village. It was very comfortable and well equipped kitchen, a few cobwebs, but overall cleanliness was good. The garden was enclosed and great for the dog, the grass was very long, so made it a bit more difficult to clean up after him (would have been perfect if grass was shorter). "
