"Conveniently located within walking distance from JR Wakayama and in front of the bus station, hotel is well situated for travelling to other parts of Wakayama or within the city. Hotel is pretty old and rooms are small sized. Bathroom is pretty compact which is typical of Japanese hotels. Do not get a room near the lift as walls are thin and can hear the lift moving up and down. Rooms are actually quite dusty as there were visible dust balls on the tea packets. "The hotel is connected to the Tokushima Station and the Clement Plaza (small shopping center) so it is very convenient. I chose a bigger room and it was really nice, especially the bathroom with a tub that has a city view window (very nice at night).The bus stops are also right outside the main entrance and there are many dining options around the area."
