"Top Notch facility. Excellent buffet, in which they came up with innovated ways and controls due to the COVID situation. Staff eager to help with anything. Location was nice as it was right on the river. Plan to go back during the Spring or early summer as scenery is spectacular."

"露天風呂が複数あって良いです。循環と掛け流しの二通りあるので、掛け流しがどのように良いか体感できます。食事も味つけが良くて美味しかった。揚げたての天ぷらが美味しい。カラオケも卓球も有料で、やや高めの値段設定なので、利用しませんでした。この点は残念です。"

"Hotel is in super condition, quiet for a great retreat. The staff was excellent in their service with friendly smile and greeting. The season bring wonderful views of the changing season seasons, leaves falling from the tree from the wind gush. The dinner is super good, cooked by master chef and ingredients used and pleasantly presented, service at restaurant very atttentive and good. Highly recommend this hotel for a great retreat"

"We had a 2 day stay at the property. The staff was really nice. I send them an email with our train time and they came to pick us up. The facility is older, but really clean. The Onsen open bath is really nice, in a nice setting. The indoor onsen is really nice, older but the water is great. The dinner and breakfast was really good. The staff was really accommodating and spoke enough english to help. The little village has some basic stores, enough to find lunch and other essentials. Plus: -...
