"Amazing!!! This little place is perfect for small families. My wife and I loved the location, the ease of the property, so close to many of the tourist areas and so much more. We had an issue with the keurig machine first morning and the property manager replaced within 24 hours. It is super clean and quite comfortable. "The Mermaid Cottage is a unique gem in Pensacola Beach. It has a great location to the beach, shops and restaurants. The cottages is very well maintained and very welcoming. It will sleep a family of 6 comfortably. The master has a king size bed and the second bedroom has two full sized beds. The full size beds were VERY FIRM. I'd recommend softer beds. Other than, I love the cottage. This was my second summer to stay in the cottage."
