"We were on our way down from South Carolina for the NAS Pensacola homecoming air show. We received a phone call when we were about 4 hrs out. It was Frank. He was calling because the credit card I reserved our room with was not working when they tried to charge it. His boss told him to cancel our reservation, but he called instead. So thankful he was considerate enough to call. It would have been extremely maddening to arrive to no room on one of the busiest weekends in Pensacola. I will forever be thankful for Frank and his willingness to make that call!!"

"The property was very conveniently located near restaurants and shopping. The staff was friendly and helpful. At the front desk Char and Maggie were always pleasant and greeted me by name. The breakfast area staff kept things well stocked and clean. The housekeeping was well done. I must mention Miss Tammy and Angelica. They took pride in their work I no problems with any of the staff they were all pleasant. I would recommend this property and I would stay there again."
