"We stayed at Kona Cliff House for five days, a perfect getaway after the chaos of Waikīkī. The house is beautifully furnished and maintained and the view from the lanai is stunning. The kitchen is well-equipped with everything we needed to cook all of our dinners. Climbing the stairs to the house is a workout and the roads are steep, but the house itself is perfect."

"Loved the house. The neighborhood is so quiet, we saw a few people walking in morning or evening but other wise didn’t see or hear anybody. It is amazing to open all the doors and windows and sleep to the sound of the ocean. The sunsets are beautiful from the back porch. It is best to stock up on groceries in Kona, there is small stores within 10 minutes but the prices are higher, they do have just about everything you would need. We got some water 1st day at store but then refilled the water...

"The definition of perfect in two words - Rick's Place. I honestly don't know how this property could be any better. The house and property, the view, and the location are absolutely ideal. That said, this property probably isn't for everyone due to its remote location. However, if you are looking for peace and quiet, an incredible ocean view, and a house that is well apportioned with everything you could possibly need, then this is your place. "The location and view of the house is fantastic. There is a full-time rental in “basement” of property with its own entrance, but you wouldn’t know they are there. The house was very comfortable and allows you and your group to fully enjoy time together relaxing, making meals and hanging out at the house. The steep driveway to park the car can be intimidating at first, but we had no issue going up in a rental van. The three bedrooms and 2 bathrooms were very comfortable, and despite there not...

"The house was perfect for our group of 15. Plenty of space. The views were amazing. Nice to be away from the tourist crowds. Disappointed the air conditioning in main house and master suite was broken but property manager provided fans and the cool night air was refreshing. There was plenty of outdoor seating and pool toys and towels provided. The kids loved the infinity pool, hot tub and putting green. The whole house is a gem in paradise."
