"Superb check in. Great staff!"

"First class hospitality was provided at the front desk. We were stuck in a terrible snow and ice event on I-80. We sat stopped in the dark, in the January cold, for 3.5 hours. I called the hotel and informed them we were still coming. When we arrived, the two staff members greeted us with such kindness and welcoming hospitality. It was greatly appreciated. They expressed concern about our drive, relief that we were fine, and settled us into two excellent rooms based on our specific requests. Having not eaten, the woman at the desk went out of her way to stock us up with various snacks they were providing in the dining area. She made sure we were taken care of that night. What nice people! I have stayed in 5-star hotels all over the world. Those two people at the desk of the Country Cupboard Inn exceeded the level of hospitality and service I have received in most of them. Thank you to them both!"

"Such an amazing property with gorgeous views. Would not recommend this place for people with mobility issues as the stairs, especially going downstairs, are extremely difficult. I actually found it easier to go out the front door and walk around and use the basement door to get to the lower level than use those stairs. The location is remote and very peaceful. The river was clear, shallow and amazing. The firepit was also amazing. Loved sitting on the porch swing and listening to the water with my morning coffee. Would definitely come back. Bring food! Not many places nearby."

"Spent 2 days here with friends. The cabin is very cozy. We had more than enough space for 4 people and loved the hot tub and fire pit. Also close to hiking trails and a brewery. Host was very easy to communicate with and check in and check out process was easy. "
