"I planned on spending my birthday in happy valley and searched all over for a place, then I found Lakewood cottage. I talked it over with the other couple that came with and it was an easy yes for the 4 of us. The place wasn’t far from the stadium and easy to get to. It was clean and tidy and overall an amazing stay for the weekend. We would definitely stay here again."

"Great property, great stay at a very nice cottage. We visited for the weekend for Penn State’s homecoming. Close to the stadium, easy access to I-99 and plenty of food options w/in 3 miles. Two bedrooms w/king size beds and a couch w/a trundle. Very comfortable w/TV, patio, firepit, and charcoal grill. The worse part of the weekend was the non-stop rain on game day."

"My daughter and I really enjoyed our ten-day stay in Granville, along the Juniata River. The house was very comfortable and had all the amenities we needed. The atmosphere was peaceful in this out-of-the way location, but just a short drive to town for supplies. The free-range chickens were entertaining but made a mess on the front porch. However, the care taker swept and hosed it off regularly. I would rent this place again."

"The property was good. Just be mindful it is built around a single-wide. The couch was broken, but the owner was very responsive and apologized for not knowing that it was. The furnace is a little noisy and the beds are small. 150 acres is open for hunting so just be aware. Other than that, its a nice getaway."

"What a wonderful vacation! House is clean and well stocked with what ever the family needs (bring your own toiletries tho) . Even though the listing says there’s no bathtub, there is one. And there are 3 proper bedroom besides the loft for sleeping. It was hard to see that from the pictures but the video shows it. The first floor bathroom is not part of the bedroom but directly across from it. Not technically a master bathroom however it is the only room in that hall way so it was fine. Plenty...
