"We could not have picked a better place for a few days away as a couple with two dogs. All the amenities, at an amazing location. Our goal was to spend most of our time relaxing at the cottage and this place was perfectly suited for that. It would also be perfect to bring our young daughter with us. The owner has thought of everything and is very generous in their amenities. Highly recommend! "

"I planned on spending my birthday in happy valley and searched all over for a place, then I found Lakewood cottage. I talked it over with the other couple that came with and it was an easy yes for the 4 of us. The place wasn’t far from the stadium and easy to get to. It was clean and tidy and overall an amazing stay for the weekend. We would definitely stay here again."

"Great property, great stay at a very nice cottage. We visited for the weekend for Penn State’s homecoming. Close to the stadium, easy access to I-99 and plenty of food options w/in 3 miles. Two bedrooms w/king size beds and a couch w/a trundle. Very comfortable w/TV, patio, firepit, and charcoal grill. The worse part of the weekend was the non-stop rain on game day."

"My daughter and I really enjoyed our ten-day stay in Granville, along the Juniata River. The house was very comfortable and had all the amenities we needed. The atmosphere was peaceful in this out-of-the way location, but just a short drive to town for supplies. The free-range chickens were entertaining but made a mess on the front porch. However, the care taker swept and hosed it off regularly. I would rent this place again."

"We were heading to Kneobels for the weekend with the kids and dogs but wanted a place the adults could cheer for as well. The cabin was our happy place. It is a quirky build, the area surrounding the property was gorgeous, it was a beautiful ride to get there... we have no complaints. The bedroom are small but we slept well, the beds were comfy, and the closed in porch was a great place for game nights and all meals. Neil stopped by as we were leaving and he was so nice! We went in late fall...

"This place was perfect for our family. So quiet and relaxing and it was exactly as it was described in the ad. The house is so inviting and feels like home. My husband was able to fish everyday on Penns Creek during our stay. We wanted to sit out around the fire pit but it rained everyday. Annie the owner is a very sweet lady and had everything ready for us when we arrived. She even left lights on for us. We hope to stay here again in the future."

"Love this property ! My husband was waiting for deer to show up and 2 of them finally did !! The setting of the property was amazing so quiet ! Was more than enough room for my family ! The young adults loved the basement as did the older. We all were downstairs playing Darts everyday. Dustin was very helpful I asked a couple of questions and felt like I was a bothersome but he always said no bother at all. If I had any questions at all feel free to contact me.
