"This was a wonderful place, and Wayne was a wonderful host. He had a cheese plate awaiting us for our anniversary and was always quick to reply and suggest activities around town. The apartment was small and cozy, just as described. The bed was pretty soft, but I like it that way. We felt safe here day or night out walking from the Metro Station that was a little over 500 feet away and VERY CONVIENENT! Overall A++"

"What was listed as a Deluxe Penthouse apartment was far from it. - As a city girl. I am familiar with city-life. Nevertheless, to be greeted by a few shady-looking characters in the front of the building, did not make me, or my grandchildren, feel secure. - Upon entering the apartment, the lights did not work in "the dining room" and part of the kitchen. "What a gem this place is! My fiance and I stayed here for a couple of nights after Christmas for a mini getaway, just the two of us. Fantastic views, super clean property, and this space had everything we needed. We grilled, relaxed in the hot tub, and enjoyed some time playing cards next to the fireplace. The location is also down the street from Starbucks, a liquor store, and a grocery store - our essentials ha! Cannot recommend this place enough, thank you! "

"The house was clean, just as advertised, and supplied with kitchen and bath items to make this stay extremely convenient and comfortable. Parking is a little tight on the actual street for those with larger SUV's but the permit parking was wonderful, and I never had a problem finding a spot on the street. The host was phenomenal, quick to respond and easy to communicate with. I highly recommend. "

"Being able to walk down the sidewalk to the Visitor's Entrance at the USNA meant we got to maximize our time with our plebe. The best part about this location was we didn't have to stress over the traffic and parking situation at all (and the traffic was a lot!). We got to walk back with him each evening and on Sunday morning he was able to walk over to us when he was released. The second best part was while he was catching up with family and friends on his phone or just enjoying the peace...

Although not in the downtown area, they provided transit cards for us in which we were able to easily get downtown! The place was clean, easy to find and had everything we needed.
