"Our family loved our stay at the Sorrento Villa! The bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms, the open floor plan, the view from the back and deck, and the great kitchen provided lots of spaces for conversation, fun, games, etc. Best of All...the house itself is a fascinating "museum"--so many wonderful paintings, antiques, lamps, chandeliers, books, rugs to engage your gaze. The dining room provided a perfect backdrop for our 22-year-old granddaughter...such fun!"

"We stayed 3 nights in this lovely Carriage House! 2 comfortable bedrooms and a full bath offered in the carriage house. There was also Keurig, along with all kinds of coffee/hot chocolate, small fridge, cups, cream etc. also offered in the carriage house. To get to the Kitchen (no stove but a toaster oven, ref. and sink and another bathroom), and W/D, yes you did have to go around to the back of the home to access, but was no trouble at all. 2 different ways to access on each side of the home....

"My family enjoyed this property immensely. A secluded cabin in the woods but with all the comforts of home made everyone happy. My husband enjoyed fishing in the river while the kid explored the shoreline and rock hunted. We made outdoor campfires and s’mores, and snuggled up by the indoor fireplace with books. Be aware it is a long driveway, so any plans out and about take a bit longer. The Food Lion in Millers Creek is about a 20 minute drive. "
