"Scott was wonderful to communicate with. Views were breathtaking! Home was clean and the loft had plenty of space for teens. We used the multiple kayaks from sun up to sun down! There were bikes, but we didn’t need to use them. Absolutely loved our stay and would love to go back. I did make a few suggestions of things to add in the kitchen, but totally based on my desires. We made due just fine! No complaints "

The location of this home is perfect for enjoying gorgeous sunsets over the canal, a beautiful pool and deck area, a quiet neighborhood tucked in off of the main road that takes you everywhere you need to go. Highly recommend for families looking to enjoy what Sandbridge has to offer."

"We just got back from our first vacation in Sandbridge and we had a phenomenal time. This house was the perfect size for our two small families (My family including two sons 14 and 10 and my Sister in law and her family and her two small kids 2 and 8mos and a Noni and dog). The house had everything we needed and allowed us to walk back and forth to the beach multiple times a day with the little ones. The little ones also called it quits with the beach early or skipped days and opted for the pool. We fished in the ocean in the evening and took a trip up to the nature reserve for some freshwater fishing as well. There was nothing that I had to call the management company about during our stay because everything was pretty much as expected. I did call a few times before our trip with questions and they were very quick to return phone calls. The only thing I even hesitate to comment on is that the upstairs master bath is new and redone and the other baths are older and could probably use a refresh. This made the 1st floor bathroom feel less clean, because it’s old. The outdoor shower was awesome to just get the kids showered as soon as they got home from the beach for the day! Compared to other places I’ve vacationed, Sandbridge has way less to do, which people had told me and was welcomed. We went to the beach, swam, fished, ran, ate seafood. Awesome time!"

"Overall, we enjoyed our time there. We had a little issue in the beginning, but it was quickly resolved. I really liked that the laundry and pool were across the street, which was very helpful for our lengthy stay. We also did our best to clean up the cottage prior to leaving, for a quick turn around."

"We enjoyed our stay! The house was perfect for hosting both our families. The golf cart made accessing the beach a breeze. The secure pool area was ideal for our dog, and the kids had a blast on the kayaks. Mary Ann and Dave were excellent to work with, handling all our questions and concerns efficiently."
