"Short walk to the beach to watch the sun rise and go back and watch the sun set over the bay. Baja restaurant is a stones throw away you can walk there for dinner.Its quiet the wildlife is great to watch you’re right on the water. It’s adorable inside everything you need. The owner was wonderful available for your needs any time! Definitely going back!"

"We were very pleased with the accommodations and spent each morning and evening relaxing on the expansive and beautiful porch overlooking the water sipping coffee or eating chocolate. The RV had everything we needed -- even bug repellent to keep the mosquitos at bay! Very cozy, adorably decorated, all appliances and facilities operated as they should. Plenty of pillows and extra towels. The neighborhood was so private and quiet; we walked and biked through it. Beach is conveniently across the street and, though a beach buggy, kayaks, and other items were provided for us, it was too chilly for us to do anything but get our feet wet. Check in was easy. Found seafood restaurants within easy walking and/or driving distance, and the visit to Back Bay National Wildlife Refuge and False Cape State Park was worth all the walking we did! Definitely would stay here again."

"Could not gush more over this spot. The community was not only even more picturesque than the pictures suggest, but everyone there was super friendly. The sandpiper beach across the street was comfortably walkable and had almost the feel of a private beach as it was very empty, so I was able to take my dogs there in the evening. The home is beautifully furnished and boasts a tremendous amount of detail, from plenty of basic comforts to labeled drawers, to games and towels and beach chairs and more. Already my friends and I have recommended this little gem to many friends and family. A little tight for 3+ people, but especially for a couples getaway (and doubly so if bringing pups), it would be hard to beat even at a considerably higher price point."

"There is absolutely nothing wrong with this house or where it’s located. It’s really cute and was so close to the beach. My terrible rating comes from the cleanliness/lack of up keep. EVERYTHING was dusty! The baseboards, end tables, dressers. Drink rings and dog hair were left on glass end tables and coffee table from previous tenants. I found piles of dust and objects from other tenants under the beds when we made sure we had all of our possessions when leaving. My son and I both have allergies and ended up with a gross cough, he had so much congestion he had an ear infection shortly after our stay. We had spent the extra money for this property over the others because we really wanted the pool and outdoor space. We barely utilized the outdoors because spiders and webs were literally everywhere. Every single chair, deck rung, the grill, the outdoor shower. Covered in spiders/webs. My husband even tried to hose some of it away.. they all just came back. They need pest control to come out regularly. I know this sounds dramatic but I live in the country I get that spiders exist outside but this was excessive. Last 2 things that happened.. ants were in the kitchen despite cleaning up dishes immediately and wiping down counters. The microwave fell on me. Thankfully I caught it but it was mounted so terribly it fell right out. I called right away and the maintenance guys that came out were quick and very kind. "

"We had a wonderful stay. The trailer was very cleaned and the kitchen was well equipped. We loved the large patio which had several chairs to accommodate our family. The location was great for beach access. Susan was helpful and always available to answer our questions. "
