"Great space and great location! Perfect layout for large groups and walking distance to the beach. Stayed for a long weekend with friends for a cheer competition- about 25 mins from the convention center. TVs could use updating. No access to Netflix and DVD player in the theater room did not work. Overall, happy with our stay. "

"Beautiful property, spacious house, and serene surroundings with great views of the changing foliage. Lots of space for playing, walking and hiking with the dogs. Washer and dryer were a plus. Convenient check in and check out. Pool table, fireplace and gymnasium, make this experience a must for everyone!"

"Scott was wonderful to communicate with. Views were breathtaking! Home was clean and the loft had plenty of space for teens. We used the multiple kayaks from sun up to sun down! There were bikes, but we didn’t need to use them. Absolutely loved our stay and would love to go back. I did make a few suggestions of things to add in the kitchen, but totally based on my desires. We made due just fine! No complaints "

"Short walk to the beach to watch the sun rise and go back and watch the sun set over the bay. Baja restaurant is a stones throw away you can walk there for dinner.Its quiet the wildlife is great to watch you’re right on the water. It’s adorable inside everything you need. The owner was wonderful available for your needs any time! Definitely going back!"

"We were very pleased with the accommodations and spent each morning and evening relaxing on the expansive and beautiful porch overlooking the water sipping coffee or eating chocolate. The RV had everything we needed -- even bug repellent to keep the mosquitos at bay! Very cozy, adorably decorated, all appliances and facilities operated as they should. Plenty of pillows and extra towels. The neighborhood was so private and quiet; we walked and biked through it. Beach is conveniently across the street and, though a beach buggy, kayaks, and other items were provided for us, it was too chilly for us to do anything but get our feet wet. Check in was easy. Found seafood restaurants within easy walking and/or driving distance, and the visit to Back Bay National Wildlife Refuge and False Cape State Park was worth all the walking we did! Definitely would stay here again."

"There is absolutely nothing wrong with this house or where it’s located. It’s really cute and was so close to the beach. My terrible rating comes from the cleanliness/lack of up keep. EVERYTHING was dusty! The baseboards, end tables, dressers. Drink rings and dog hair were left on glass end tables and coffee table from previous tenants. I found piles of dust and objects from other tenants under the beds when we made sure we had all of our possessions when leaving. My son and I both have allergies and ended up with a gross cough, he had so much congestion he had an ear infection shortly after our stay. We had spent the extra money for this property over the others because we really wanted the pool and outdoor space. We barely utilized the outdoors because spiders and webs were literally everywhere. Every single chair, deck rung, the grill, the outdoor shower. Covered in spiders/webs. My husband even tried to hose some of it away.. they all just came back. They need pest control to come out regularly. I know this sounds dramatic but I live in the country I get that spiders exist outside but this was excessive. Last 2 things that happened.. ants were in the kitchen despite cleaning up dishes immediately and wiping down counters. The microwave fell on me. Thankfully I caught it but it was mounted so terribly it fell right out. I called right away and the maintenance guys that came out were quick and very kind. "
