"Vacasa – please please please listen to past reviewers and upgrade those mattresses! There is no excuse for a nice-looking rental in a great location to have such terrible mattresses on each bed. Imagine a cheap pull-out sofa bed mattress where you can see the springs sticking out – that is what the mattresses on the beds were like. I saw reviews from a year ago that noted this problem. Why hasn’t this been fixed? It’s not that expensive, and an upgrade would make the experience so much better....
