"This location is a 15-20 minute walk to some of the bars and restaurants and Wynwood and was a relatively safe walk over. The location provides quick highway access to the airport making trips easy to and from there. We also were able to get to attractions in South Beach and Downtown easily with paying an average of 15 for uber/lyft rides to those locations.The location itself was clean and if we did run into an issue, the email link provided by the host gave us a number to contact for any issues we could have on the trip.The neighborhood felt safe and has some restaurants and coffee shops around that were a quick 5-10 minute walk."
