"My first time in Alaska and the place was ready clean and comfortable I couldn’t have asked for more well free breakfast lol but then the price would have been more but there is a Golden Coral walking distance and Walmart and Buffalo Wild Wings and a lot wing place right across the street so food is not a problem and bus stops walking distance as well like I said this place is EXCELLENT thank you for making my beginning so BLESSED 🙏🙏🙏🙏👑👑👑👑👑💙"

"The hotel has always been quiet when I was there and clean. I had read a review that someone said there was a bunch of homeless people around I did not experience that. Like every other major city there are a lot of homeless in general in Anchorage but this area does not have high concentration of them from what I have seen. The doors are kept locked this is not something that bothered me I travel by myself so I was fine with that. This hotel is clean relatively new the staff is friendly and accommodating. They have recently installed all new beds so the beds are a tad on the firm side. You have a full size refrigerator a stove top a microwave everything you need to cook a meal or freeze fish for your travel. ( no pots and pans) however there is a thrift store a block down the road where you can get pots and pans and silverware for a fraction of the cost and you can leave them or take them with you. I prefer this to an Airbnb because I have to fly at different hours of the day and night so I like someone seeing me head to my car. All in all I have stayed here a few times and never been disappointed. If you want turn down service or you want to stay at the Marriott then go to the Marriott. If you are looking for a hotel that is clean and safe and friendly and gives you everything you need for your stay including an airport shuttle, this is it. "

"I really enjoyed my quick stay here . I have to say they have the best shampoo and conditioner complimentary in the showers . I normally don’t use the “ little bottles “ but these were nicely hung up and I ended up needing them . My hair hasn’t felt this clean and nice in awhile , i’m so impressed i tried to find it on Amazon . Hoping is the same stuff . I liked the lotion and body wash too and soaps , all of there products . Not sure if Hilton hasn’t found their “ go to” for marketing but let me tell you it’s a huge hit for. "

"This is a very large Motel 6. There are no bells or whistles, nor is there luxury. With that said, it was a decent stay in a clean room. The rooms have a mini refrigerator and a microwave. In the lobby they have cups, plates and utensils for guest use. In the morning they offer coffee and tea. Staff at the front desk and housekeeping were friendly, helpful and efficient. I would recommend staying here, but remember its not luxury if that is what you are looking for."
