"I did not get the name of the lady that checked us in but she needs a raise! :) She was a multi-tasking queen--checking a guest out while simultaneously checking us in all while giving each of us the the best service and attention. As she explained the breakfast times for the following morning, I commented that we would have to leave earlier than breakfast was going to be served in order to get to the baseball fields on time. She put together a breakfast bag for our player with a breakfast sandwich, muffin, and fruit and that was so appreciated. She went above and beyond! "
