"My brother lives in Wallkill, NY and he got married on his property this past weekend. We stayed at this home and really enjoyed ourselves. It was only 20 minutes from Wallkill. The home is an older home, but the owners have done a great job with the renovations. It was perfect for us and our 3 kids (20, 8, & 7). The girls loved the record player. "Our family had a wonderful time with our friends at this weekend getaway. The house was large enough for the number of people we had but also comfortable and cozy enough that everyone had a great time. We will definitely be back!"

"Very nice well maintained home. Kitchen is nicely stocked with pots, pans dishes, spices etc. furniture is very comfortable. The listing was for an indoor hot tub but that was out of order. The hot tub was our main reason for choosing this property. There was a work g hot tub outside but my husband and I are elderly and could not use it due to the snow. "

"The house is perfect for a foursome buddy trip and Patrick was great to work with. Next time (and there definitely will be a next time!) we'll be utilizing the bbq and stocking the house with meats and produce from their Farm across the street. "When I reserved my stay for 34 days (I explained this was not a vacation, I was doing an externship for school), I was told the” cottage” was booked for 3 of the 5 weeks, but an art studio was available to rent. I specifically asked to confirm there was a private bathroom, high speed WiFi, and air conditioning. Prior to my arrival I told that she was going to put me in the cottage for 12 days, then move me to the studio. What could I say. The cottage was nice, but the common area was not air...

"The home was large enough to accommodate our family and it was extremely clean. We would stay there again. Communication was excellent."

"Clean and welcoming. Deck is a great attraction. Price point is what attracted me as we were visiting Beacon & couldn’t find a place that didn’t break the bank. Was a little surprised to discover that this is an apartment addition to an existing house; we could hear the family members inside, and I hope we weren’t too noisy for them. Overall cozy and a nice respite. Thank you."
