"Coming from Texas, we wanted to experience the changing leaves and the nature trails in the area but were pleasantly surprised when we found ourselves staying on a plot of civil war history. Our cabin was delightfully cozy, and the creek was a very nice place to sit near for our morning coffee. The views of the mountains from the front porch as the fog cleared were impeccable and we have already saved this spot in our list of places to visit again. "

"We loved a lot of things about this house. The backyard is beautiful. We enjoyed the firepit and gazebo every night. We loved that the house is nice and spacious. There is enough room for everyone with 8 beds. Kids enjoyed the bunkbeds. The kitchen is nice and spacious and has a big countertop for cooking your own meals which we did all the days we were there. "The place was very clean and cute great location for visiting Elephant Rock, Johnson Shut in, Millstream gardens, many more things. House was as it shows the owners were very welcoming and informative. I would highly recommend the place it would sleep 6 very easy."

"The house was great the yard was great wished we weren’t so rushed and had the time to enjoy the surroundings. The upstairs shower was on the small side, thin walls so depends on who you are sharing the upstairs with they will hear you and front bedroom you can hear the road very well. We had long days so able to sleep through it after the first night. This is a great country house. "

"This property is in a good location. It is very close to the square and the mountain biking wheelhouse. The house was clean and had everything we needed. It also has a good sized fenced-in backyard, which is perfect for dogs."

"This was our second time staying at this location. Everything you need within a 10 minute drive; food , coffee, restaurants and shopping. All the activities we did were 30 minutes to an hour away... Swing Around Funtown Critter Lane Petting Zoo St. Louis Zoo Wedding was in Bloomdale Overall everything was great. The only thing we couldnt find was the high chair for the baby. "

"Our stay at the Belgrade getaway was stunning in every way. Lovely surroundings with nearby National Forest hiking and rockhounding venues all around. The house was fully equipped and immaculately clean. The only ding was that we couldn't get the TV to work for more than a few minutes due to losing connectivity with their server. We weren't there to watch TV, though, so that was a very minor issue."
