"The villa is only a short hilly walk from the village, great for buying your fresh bread for breakfast in the morning. Nice location great views and very quiet. The pool is gorgeous so warm and the caretaker cleans it a couple of times during the week. You can hire bedding and towels, but would advise you take own towels as the hire ones are only bath towels and not bath sheets so a little small. "This is a fantastic villa, well equipped for a comfortable stay in a stunning location. We really enjoyed the area - swimming and paddle boarding in the lake and cycling. Bauduen is a small village, very pretty with restaurants to enjoy. I really recommend this villa if you like the quiet life - hopefully we will return!"

"La maison est conforme à la description faite dans l’annonce. Les chambres sont spacieuses tout comme les salles de bain attenantes. La literie est bonne. Les chambres du rdc sont des chambres sans ouvertures vers l’extérieur, il y fait donc très chaud. C’est d’ailleurs étrange, car les fenêtres sont présentes mais rebouchées. Le ménage laisse vraiment à désirer, et la maison manque d’entretien (tapisserie qui se décolle, peintures abîmées, appliques de la terrasse cassée, barrière de protection...

"The property was very private with kind and helpful neighbors. It is cozy but has super windows which give a more open feel. It is located in a pedestrian area so be aware of large luggage. The sleeping quarters are with low ceiling but as I am well over 6 feet tall you get used to that and regardless spend most of the time outdoors in this incredible village. Gérard was most excellent with communicating to us!! Excellent host"
