"This is a beautiful gite in a lovely area surrounded by fields and lovely views of the mountains and the hilltop village of Lurs. "The cottage super clean, well-appointed, and centrally located for exploring and excursions. The window screens were appreciated. As was the washing machine. Julie and Patrick were knowledgeable, kind, patient, friendly, and helpful. Forcalquier was charming with fantastic markets, specialties, and artisanal merchants. We walked to the supermarket a couple times and cycled the hills and dells of the surrounding areas. Would love to return"

"Ein sehr stilvoll und mit allem Komfort umgebautes altes Dorfhaus, in dem man auf mehrere Etagen verteilt alles vorfindet, was man zum Urlaubmachen braucht. Besonders schön die Dachterrasse mit Blick auf das Umland, auf der man in lauen Sommernächten draußen sitzen kann. Ein paar Meter weiter findet man einen kleinen Supermarkt (wo es täglich frisches Baguette gibt) sowie ganz neu ein sympathisches Restaurant."

"This house in the centre of Les Salles-sur-Verdon is comfortable, spacious and very well equipped. The garden offers many places to sit and enjoy. Communication with the owners was very easy and quick. The location is great, just a couple of minutes walk to shops and restaurants and <10 minutes to the lake which is great for swimming and a variety of water sports."
