"Je vous demande de me rappeler car à mon arrivée l hôtelière m a annoncé qu elle ne pouvait pas me loger suite à un problème de robinetterie dans la chambre. J ai donc du retourner à Montpellier pour dormir dans un ibis qui avait heureusement des chambres de libre. Je vous demande donc de ne pas prélever mon compte. Un dédommagement serait également le bienvenu. Par ailleurs l odeur d humidité très forte à l accueil de cet hôtel ne donne pas envie d’y séjourner. "

"The apartment is beautifully situated and was clean and airy. The only downsides were the A/C unit in the living room not running cold and it was very hot and we were met by a lovely lady who couldn’t speak any English at all, and I don’t speak a lot of French. And she was trying to get safety deposit cash from me which wasn’t mentioned in the booking, which I believe said no hidden fees."

"First, I did not appreciate the nickel and diming. We had to pay extra, (in cash!!) for bed linens. There was absolutely NOTHING (no even dish soap). After 3 minutes, the owner, Mrs. Roberge asked me: “are you going to clean the house at the end? If not, it’s not a problem, I will just charge you for it”. But that’s not even the real issue. "Cons first. The picture shown is the property we booked but we ended up in the (slightly) smaller one next door. (An occurrence that apparently has happened before). We knew it had a mezz floor bedroom when we booked it but it proved to be too hard to access and the ceiling height made it very claustrophobic to use. The bathroom is very small.
