"Great receptionists, They not only opened our bottle of wine for us, they provided a couple of glasses. We needed extra pillows and they were on it. Not always the case with IBIS. Very good Ibis blue."

"Nice that they offer breakfast included on Expedia. The area around the hotel isn’t posh but we didn’t observe any criminality. Excellent security inside the hotel and parking was secure and affordable at 2€ per day. Oddly, the thermostat in our room was connected backwards - we had to put it to ‘heat’ to get a/c and had to turn it warmer to make it colder. "

"BEDBUGS!!!! Hotel was very aware of this bedbug issue, yet guest are welcome. I stayed in Italy at BnB, which was fabulous, so this was our second try, now we know , never again! Front desk girl kind of interrogated us in so many words: if we traveled by train… We travel by my own car!!! Stayed in great, clean hotels!!! "
