"I walked into the first room I was given and it was dirty. Dirty towels hanging over chair and bed linen was definitely not clean "

"The cleanliness of my room was good, but not very good or excellent. There were some residues on the bed spread of the bed I didn't use. Ditto for the rug. The toilet seat was broken and pinched my butt when I sat on it. My main complaint was there was no food for breakfast that was not toxic to me. I can't eat sugars and refined starches. An egg would have been welcome. "
