"Overall the hotel is ok. It was clean, quiet, and the room was pretty comfortable. Also, very close to the train station heading into Düsseldorf. On the other hand, the internet was down all evening and night and the personnel could be a bit more welcoming. Smile sometimes, people!"

"Stayed in the Vegas room and there was no soap or shampoo provided. Also I had booked the room for the jet tub which didn’t work. Tried calling the number provided for the property but it didn’t work. Will not stay there again. "

"A. Dry friendly hotel. Serves one of the better breakfast that I have had. Nice selection of food. Our first room wasn’t in good working order and they moved us right away no questions asked. The pool is on top of the building so you get a great view of the city. The Spa is very nice as well. Had a great time as the location was a 10 minute walk to all the shopping you wanted and a 10 minute walk to old town for all the food you wanted. If you want Asian food it is all around the hotel. "
