"Very friendly staff and accomodated out request for an extra bed without extra charge. I booked 2 rooms close to each other hoping the other room could be with 2 twin beds instead of 1 double because I brought our nanny with us. If we transferred the other room with twin beds, our rooms would no longer be next to each other. So they gave us compli extra bed instead than moving our 2nd room to another floor. Suggestions: Better to have compli bottled water instead of the pitcher of filtered water. Ive learned to be more cautious with food and drinks after COVID. "
