We had an issue with shared home, and she came immediately and handled in person and told me not to hesitate to call her, no matter what the time, she would come back to resolve issues. "I have stayed at the Sofitel Athens Airport on numerous occasions…and every time the quality exceeds the previous visit. The staff will help out wherever they can in a polite and welcoming manner, while the spa and dining options are some of the best for a hotel near an airport. There is an underground car park if you’ve hired a car for your Athens stay, plus you’re right next to the Metro and Suburban Rail station. If you need any urgent sundries, the airport is across the road and has a lot of shopping options, although can be a little more expensive due to the location. All in all, a wonderful stay at a fantastic hotel. My compliments to all the staff"

"I found the staff who welcomed me to be extremely client oriented. Very friendly with excellent English. The room had everything I needed and some pleasant surprises, including, mountain tea, and a heating pad on the bed. The drivers are always on time so you would never miss your flight. Less than seven minutes away from the airport in a quiet residential area. A great place to stay prior to or immediately arriving from a flight. "
