The hotel concierge Nahuel was very helpful in arranging for airport to hotel transportation along with other needs we had during our stay. Vicente the taxi driver that was arranged for us was also amazing and we arranged all of our transfers with him. Both are very knowledgeable and go out of their to help the guests!"

But what makes it outstanding is the ability to visit the Argentine falls as often as you want and for as long as you want, taking a break in the middle of the day. "Wonderful location for Igazu Falls on the Brazil side. The concierge organised private transfer for us to visit the Argentina side. Relaxing and comfortable stay. Games room, sauna and spa facilities as well as outdoor pool. Breakfast was wonderful, lots of selection. The dinner options are very limited and mediocre, limited bar menu or a buffet style dining experience are all that’s offered and we found this a little disappointing given this is a 5 star hotel. Would stay again and recommend to...
