"Great hotel, Pools are beautiful, Food is excellent and service very professional. The hotel concierge Nahuel was very helpful in arranging for airport to hotel transportation along with other needs we had during our stay. Vicente the taxi driver that was arranged for us was also amazing and we arranged all of our transfers with him. Both are very knowledgeable and go out of their to help the guests!"

"The Gran Melia is a beautiful hotel. The room was very comfortable, the breakfast excellent, the staff very pleasant, the pool is amazing. But what makes it outstanding is the ability to visit the Argentine falls as often as you want and for as long as you want, taking a break in the middle of the day. We thought it was well worth the cost."

"Great location steps from multiple classy restaurants with entertainment as well as shops. Staff was friendly and helpful even though our language barrier and even arranged a taxi for me to the airport. I appreciated them using google translate to help. Hotel has a restaurant in its main level and pool on the roof. Rooms are clean, chic and new. Felt it was very comfortable, spacious and safe. In room safe was a little tricky to use at first. WiFi was a little problematic at times. Overall this is a great hotel. Highly recommend and would definitely stay here again. Can easily walk to the bus station for transportation to Brazil, airport or Iguazú Falls "
