"We had good weather for our stay. Didn’t like the desserts on the buffet. They all tasted the same really and too much gelatin. Would like to be able to access proper Americano coffees, even if you needed to pay for it as extra. Didn’t like the filter coffee. "

"Great spot on the fringe of the rain forest. Stayed in a jungle room, was great. Close enough for short taxi ride to falls and to town. Staff were very helpful"

"This is a very nice Mercure Hotel. It is a 15 minute ride to town; however, the taxi ride cost is only approximately $6 US dollars. The breakfast cost is $25 USD; however, it is excellent and plentiful. The service at the hotel, from the reception desk to housekeeping is excellent. Internet reception is very good. We did not use the pool nor the spa, so I can’t comment. "
