However, it is almost split in half in terms of renovation / comfort - both for the rooms and communal areas. Overall comfortable and nice, but could be better for the price point. "Amazing holiday experience at this hotel: super tasty food, extensive choice of drinks and cocktails, super attentive and welcoming staff. "Staff (5*), Hotel (3.5*), Meals (2*) Negative start, we booked a superior double and we got a single with a small double against the wall (2nd person crawls on the bed), 1 side table, 1 coffee ☕ confirmed it was a single. Positive, Robert arranged an upgrade (extra cost). Appreciated upgrade but disappointed with the original room allocation. The staff were awesome (Stella, Joanna, Nassos and Djemalie Facilities as expected, communal toilets clean, bar was on occasion busy and pool loungers...

"Good location on beach, coffee, tea & kettle in room but amazingly no creamer? When asked, receptionist said they don't provide creamer...so why bother with tea & coffe then? Buffet plentiful, food okay for mass tourism. We were all inclusive but ate all but 2 of our meals elsewhere. Pool & beach always busy, lots of kids. Animation team were good and water sports were highlight of our 1 week stay. Recommended if you like all-inclusive, have a big family and aren't interested in experiencing the...

"The hotel complex was well maintained with clean and clear pathways. The buildings and rooms were modern though showed some signs of wear and tear, but all facilities worked to the level expected. Our room was lovely, actually a suite, with a personal pool which was wonderful. Food options were plentiful and varied at both breakfast and dinner. Staff were all polite and helpful and friendly."

"By far our favorite from this trip. Reception was so helpful and helped us get settled and checked in early. The included breakfast buffet was a huge bonus with lots of variety and fresh options. Overall the staff was excellent and we had a very comfortable and romantic stay! "

"We had an excellent stay at the Elounda Peninsula! It is a beautiful property and our room was spacious, comfortable and very clean. The service was incredible! Everyone was so friendly and helpful. We hope to go back again someday."
