"The owner was unaware of our booking as advertised by vrbo. We arrived mid afternoon at portsmouth to attend my son's university graduation, but had no where to stay. We had to take our luggage to the ceremony and carry it to different locations during the event. "We enjoyed our stay here, walking distance to town and local shops/restaurants. Enjoyed being able to have facilities to make our own breakfast, although there is a restaurant downstairs. The shower was brilliant, water pressure was really good and the soaps provided were lovely. If we would niggle at anything it was the kettle took ages to boil, the loft bed light didn't work and the wall had some staining on it. But other than that a great night's sleep!"
